This will be a one day event aimed at staff and representatives involved in complaint handling for public sector organisations in Scotland. The event will include key note speakers, panel Q&A sessions and interactive workshops covering topics such as:

• Handling complaints from people in vulnerable situations
• Co-design approaches to building capacity
• Supporting staff well being
• Good practice in complaints handling
